In fapt acesta este un "cognitive bias" cunoscut si destul de des intalnit. Un exemplu din viata reala: unii oamenii se tem sa aiba copii si familie pentru ca nu au vazut o reusita in famila creata de parintii lor. Dar acestia era "somebody else". Se intampla si daca ne judecam pe noi insine, si daca ii judecam pe altii. Este o similitudine "mecanica" facuta intre un caz de viata si altul. Ceea ce este gresit! Statisticile au un dram de adevar in ele, dar nici de acolo nu poti deduce direct un caz particular. Cu atat mai rau este sa proiectezi un caz particular in altul.
De ce se intampla asta? De ce acest "bias"?
Experientele personale ne marcheaza, "ne dor" si le dam o pondere mai mare decat trebuie in suma experintelor si cunostintelor noastre. "Mi s-a intamplat mie" sau cuiva apropiat. De acord, dar 1 ramane 1 chiar daca este aproape de mine.
